Rates are from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed with the guest.
Arrival and departure times are as follows:
Arrival: between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Departure: Different times must be arranged directly.
Upon arrival, guests must present their passport or ID at Reception. In case of difficulties, please call Sandra at +39 349 8843924.
Electric/Gas stove - Oven - Refrigerator - Freezer - Coffee maker - Kettle - Highchair - Cot - Shower - Bidet - Fireplace - Shared washing machine - Heating - Electricity - Water (hot and cold) - Bedroom and bathroom linen, kitchen linen (weekly change) - Large garden - Use of the swimming pool and its equipment (deck chairs, loungers, umbrellas, outdoor shower) - Use of barbecue, gazebo, garden tables and chairs - Children's playground – Private parking.
Pets are allowed with the owner's agreement, €30 per stay.
The swimming pool is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and children must be supervised by parents.
